Overnight Concrete Pour at Chaplin Station
Wednesday April 17, 2019
On Wednesday April 17, 2019, at 2:00 a.m., crews will perform a large concrete pour. The concrete will form part of the roof of Chaplin Station. To ensure the continuity and integrity of the activity, and to minimize the impact to TTC operations, the pour will be conducted overnight when traffic is lighter. Some traffic restrictions will be in effect to accommodate equipment and truck access requirements. Lire la suite »

Update: Resumption of Construction at Chaplin Station Tertiary Entrance
In April 2019, crews will be resuming work at the Tertiary Entrance site, located east of Chaplin Crescent on the south side of Eglinton Avenue adjacent the old Toronto Fire Hall. Pile installation of the north wall of the Tertiary Entrance (at Eglinton Avenue) will commence. Pedestrians rerouting and truck staging will be in effect. Please read ‘What to Expect’ below.

Beginning Tuesday December 11, crews will be working in the laneway south of Eglinton Avenue West (behind the Old Fire Hall), between Chaplin Crescent and Russell Hill Road to install geotechnical equipment. Through access in the laneway may be unavailable while this work is taking place.
