What Work is Taking Place?

As early as Tuesday September 7, 2021, the Dufferin Street-Dynevor Road laneway will be closed for approximately one (1) day as crews continue construction works at the Fairbank Station Survive Building.  Work is expected to take place between approximately 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

 

What to Expect

No through access for vehicles while the laneway closure is in effect. Some parking spaces will be impacted. Affected properties have been notified directly. Pedestrian access through the laneway will be maintained. Expect delays while travelling through the area.

 

HOURS OF WORK

  • As early as Tuesday September 7, 2021, for approximately one (1) day.
  • Work is expected to take between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
  • Work may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
  • This work may be longer or shorter than expected. 

 

TRAFFIC DETAILS

  • No through access in the Dufferin-Dynevor laneway.
  • Some parking will be impacted; affected properties have been notified directly

 

PEDESTRIAN DETAILS

  • No changes to the current pedestrian routes are expected as a result of this work.

 

TRANSIT INFORMATION

  • All TTC bus stops will remain in their current locations.
