Guideway Work at Warden Avenue
What Work is Taking Place?
As part of the ongoing pavement reconstruction works at intersections along Eglinton Avenue East in support of construction of the future surface stops, crews will be conducting pavement reconstruction works at Warden intersection at Eglinton Avenue East. As early as July 29, 2019 the construction zone will shift to the center of Eglinton Avenue East at Warden Avenue and be in place for approximately six (6) weeks. There will be no through north-south traffic on Warden and left turn restrictions at the intersection. Lire la suite »
UPDATED: Duct Bank installation at Warden Avenue for TPSS 11
What Work Is Taking Place?
Work on the southeast corner of Warden Ave and Eglinton Ave E will start as early as July 8th, 2019 to support the upcoming construction of Traction Power Substation (TPSS) 11 that will power the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit (ECLRT) line.
This work will be ongoing until the end of July 2019.
Crews will continue excavating, installing, and pouring concrete for duct banks at the south east corner of the Warden intersection. Lire la suite »

What Work is Taking Place?
As part of continued support of the future surface alignment for the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, crews will be commencing construction of the Traction Power Substation (TPSS) 11 that will power the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit (ECLRT). Track Slab Concrete Pour of Guideway- Eglinton Square
What Work is Taking Place?
As part of continued support of the future surface alignment for the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, crews will be conducting a concrete pour of the guideway in the center of Eglinton Avenue East between Eglinton Square and Pharmacy Avenue.
Crews will be delivering and pouring cement along Eglinton Avenue East between Eglinton Square and Pharmacy Avenue as early as Wednesday May 15 from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. To facilitate this delivery, concrete trucks will be arriving to the site from the east and west of Eglinton Avenue East.
