What Work Is Taking Place?
On November 23, 2020, the Chaplin Crescent-Russell Hill Road laneway located south of Eglinton Avenue will be closed from 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. while crews perform telecommunication utility relocation at the Tertiary Entrance.
What to Expect
Noise from construction activity can be expected, including use of an excavator, crane and trucks. The Chaplin-Russell Hill laneway will be closed behind the Tertiary Entrance while this work takes place. Property access will be maintained during the closure from either end of the laneway except for one residential parking space.

- Monday November 23, 2020
- The laneway will be closed between 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
- Work may be longer or shorter than expected
