Update: Lane Reduction on Bathurst Street for Forest Hill Station Wet Utility Works - September 10, 2021

What Work is Taking Place?

Traffic on Bathurst Street will continue to be temporarily reduced to one northbound lane, south of Eglinton Avenue West, to accommodate wet utility works at Forest Hill Station. This work is expected to take place periodically from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, for approximately two (2) weeks. The lane closure will not be required every day and will reopen after each day of work.

What to Expect

Noise from construction activities can be expected while this work takes place. Expect delays while travelling through the intersection.

HOURS OF WORK

  • September 10, 2021 for approximately two (2) weeks
  • This work is expected to take place periodically between 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Work may be rescheduled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances

TRAFFIC DETAILS

  • Bathurst Street will be reduced to one northbound lane, south of Eglinton Avenue West
  • Traffic control personnel will be present while this work takes place
  • The lane closure will not be required every day and will reopen after each day of work

PEDESTRIAN DETAILS

  • No changes to the current pedestrian routes are expected as a result of this work
