Dufferin-Dynevor Laneway Restrictions at Fairbank Station for Roof Grate Installations - March 9, 2022
What Work is Taking Place?
As early as Wednesday, March 9, 2022, crews at Fairbanks Station will be installing roof grates at the service building in the Dufferin-Dynevor laneway. To facilitate this work safely, vehicular access to the Dufferin-Dynevor laneway will be restricted from Dynevor Road. Vehicular access to the Dufferin-Dynevor laneway will be maintained from Dufferin Street. Some parking spaces will be impacted. Affected properties have been notified directly. Pedestrian access through the laneway will be maintained at all times. This work is expected to take place for one (1) day between approximately 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
What to Expect
Expect delays while travelling through the area. Noise from construction activities can be expected. Vehicular access to the Dufferin-Dynevor laneway will be maintained from Dufferin Street and access from Dynevor Road will be restricted.
HOURS OF WORK
- Starting as early as Wednesday, March 9, 2022, for approximately one (1) day
- This work is expected to take place between 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Work may be rescheduled or delayed due to inclement weather and/or unforeseen circumstances
- Work may be longer or shorter than expected
TRAFFIC DETAILS
- Vehicular access to the Dufferin-Dynevor laneway will be restricted from Dynevor Road
- Vehicular access to the Dufferin-Dynevor laneway will be maintained from Dufferin Street
PEDESTRIAN DETAILS
- No changes to the current pedestrian routes are expected as a result of this work
