What Work is Happening?

Starting as early as Monday, July 10, work will begin to construct a sound barrier wall at the north side of the secondary entrance. This wall is engineered for maximum sound reduction and will be in place until construction of the station nears completion.

Hours of Work/ What to Expect

  • Work will commence as early as July 10, 2017* and last approximately one (1) week.
    *Timelines are subject to change due to weather and unforeseen circumstances. 
  • Crews will use the laneway to construct the wall and there will also be equipment parked in the laneway.
  • Vehicles may continue to park in the laneway as usual. Access in and out will be provided as required; there may be a short delay while equipment is relocated.
  • Hydro-vacuuming will occur during the foundation work.

Traffic and Pedestrian Impacts

  • Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
  • Vehicles may continue to park in the laneway as usual. Access in and out will be provided access as required; there may be a short delay while equipment is relocated.
