On Saturday May 4th, Crosstown Community Liaison staff participated in a Jane's Walk in Mount Dennis. Eighty people from across the city came took part in a tour of the upcoming infrastructure changes to the neighbourhood led by the Mount Dennis Community Association and the Mount Dennis Weston Network.

Participants were able to access the west launch shaft construction site and get a close up look at the tunnel boring machine (TBM) about to start work for the Eglinton Crosstown. A tunnelling expert from the construction team answered questions from the group. This was followed by a visit to the storied Kodak building, which will become a part of the future Mount Dennis station as well as the site of the maintenance and storage facility for The Crosstown vehicles.
