Investigative Works at Forest Hill Station January 11, 2021

What Work is Taking Place?

The week of January 11, 2021, crews will perform investigative works on the east side of Bathurst Street, south of Eglinton Avenue. Investigative work is required to inform future maintenance hole construction activities. Boreholes will be drilled in various locations within the work zone and on Bathurst Street. Metal plates will be placed over top of the boreholes at the end of each shift.

What to Expect

Noise and vibration from construction activity can be expected, including use of a drill. Site lighting may be required. This work will take place in front of 1753 Bathurst Street; delays may be experienced when accessing the driveway.

HOURS OF WORK

  • Week of January 11, 2020 for approximately one (1) week
  • Investigative work will take place between 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Crews may not work every day of this period but may do so at their discretion 

TRAFFIC & PEDESTRIAN DETAILS

  • Delays when accessing the Bathurst Street driveway of 1753 Bathurst Street
  • No changes to the current traffic and pedestrian configuration are required for this work

TRANSIT INFORMATION

  • No changes to TTC are required for this work
