TRAFFIC CONFIGURATION CHANGE Emergency Exit 3 – Eglinton and Donlea

Crews are currently completing final utility relocations, backfill and restoration works in the existing construction site on the south side of Eglinton Avenue at Donlea Drive.  As early as Sunday October 6th, the construction zone will shift to the north side of Eglinton Avenue. The new construction zone will allow for the completion of utility relocations, backfill and road restoration. Following the work, all lanes will be restored, and the construction zone will be removed. A small emergency exit building will be permanently in place on the boulevard. Read more »

The large tower crane that was recently removed from the Laird Main Entrance will now be replaced with a new crane. This work will take place for approximately 4 days between August 19th and August 22nd, 2019.

Mining operations at Laird Station have been underway since mid-2017. Mining occurs on a 24 hour schedule and is advancing east and west of Laird Drive underneath Eglinton Avenue East. Mining operations will continue to late 2019. Based on the location of your property and the type of activity being completed works may become more noticeable over the next two months. Read more »
