Kennedy Station will be the terminal station at the eastern end of the Eglinton Crosstown LRT line. Kennedy Station is yet another station along the LRT line to serve as a Mobility Hub, with connections to the GO Transit Stouffville Line, the TTC Scarborough RT, the TTC Bloor-Danforth subway, and the TTC bus terminal.

What Work is Taking Place?

  • A reduction of parking spaces in existing Kennedy Station parking lots is required to support the construction of the future Kennedy Station infrastructure.
  • The parking spaces will be occupied for work zones and construction laydown areas to facilitate a variety of construction stages for the duration of the project.
  • Parking space reductions for 2017 will be carried out in two phases:

- Phase 1 in May 2017 (details below)

- Phase 2 in July 2017 (more details will be issued later)

- Timelines are subject change.

  • Parking space reductions will be in place for approximately four years.

Phase 1 Parking Reductions: As early as May 2017

  • The North Parking Lot will be closed.
  • There will be reduced parking at the East Parking Lot and South Parking Lot.
  • Signage will be in place onsite to advise of parking reductions at the applicable lots.
