What Work is Taking Place?

Starting March 11, 2019, overnight lane reductions will resume at intersection of Bathurst Street and Eglinton Avenue West while crews perform works at Forest Hill Station.  Activities will include, installation of hydro utility infrastructure and drilling of boreholes in various locations throughout the intersection.

This work will take place in the roadway and sidewalks, therefore, Bathurst Street and Eglinton Avenue West will be reduced to one lane only, alternating traffic in each direction, while this work takes place.  Short-term sidewalk closures may be required while this work takes place.  To minimize the impact to the travelling public, this work will be performed overnight.

  • Beginning Monday March 11, 2019 for approximately one (1) month
  • 8:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m. (overnight)
  • Work may not take place every night, and may be delayed or longer than expected
