What Work is Taking Place?
As early as Tuesday, June 7, 2022, crews at Forest Hill Station will perform wet utility works at Eglinton Avenue and Bathurst Street. To facilitate this work safely, Eglinton Avenue will be reduced to one lane between Peveril Hill North and Bathurst Street. To mitigate delays to the traveling public, this work will take place overnight between approximately 9:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
What to Expect
Overnight noise from construction activities including a hydro-vacuum truck can be expected. Expect delays while traveling through the intersection. Traffic control personnel and/or a Paid Duty Officer will be present while this work takes place.
HOURS OF WORK
- As early as Tuesday, June 7, 2022; between 9:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. for approximately one (1) night
- This work may be rescheduled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances
TRAFFIC DETAILS
- Traffic on Eglinton Avenue will be reduced to one lane only between Peveril Hill North and Bathurst Street
- Traffic will alternate in each direction while this work takes place
- Traffic control personnel and/or a Paid Duty Officer will be present while this work takes place
PEDESTRIAN DETAILS
- No changes to the current pedestrian routes are expected as a result of this work

- Access to TTC will be maintained at all times
