What Work Is Taking Place?

In October 2020, extended construction hours will resume at Forest Hill Station to accelerate construction of the Secondary Entrance and station box. Construction will take place from 5:00 a.m. to midnight, Monday through Saturday. Extended construction hours will continue into winter 2021.

What to Expect

Activities will include installation of structural steel and panels at the Secondary Entrance, as well as formwork, rebar installation, waterproofing and concrete works in the station box beneath Eglinton Avenue West. The use of a crane, trucks and site lighting is required. Some noise can be expected.

HOURS OF WORK

  • Construction will take place Monday through Saturday from 5:00 a.m. to midnight
  • Extended construction hours will continue into winter 2021
  • Work on Sundays may be required
