What Work is Taking Place?

As early as Wednesday, March 8, 2023, the eastbound bus stop on the south side of Eglinton Avenue will be temporarily relocated further east to accommodate road and sidewalk restoration works (refer to map). The bus stop is currently located on the south side of Eglinton Avenue between Avenue and Highbourne Roads. Upon relocation, the bus stop will be placed in its new position between Highbourne Road and Oriole Parkway for approximately one (1) month.

What to Expect

The eastbound bus stop on the south side of Eglinton Avenue will be temporarily relocated east of Highbourne Road (refer to map).

HOURS OF WORK

  • As early as Wednesday, March 8, 2023, for approximately one (1) month
  • Work may be rescheduled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances

TRAFFIC DETAILS

  • No changes to the current traffic configuration are expected as a result of this work 

PEDESTRIAN DETAILS

  • Pedestrians will be required to walk east of Highbourne Road to access the eastbound bus stop

TRANSIT INFORMATION

  • The eastbound bus stop on the south side of Eglinton Avenue, between Avenue and Highbourne Roads, will be temporarily relocated further east
  • Access to TTC will be maintained at all times.
