What Work is Taking Place?

As early as Monday March 4, 2019 crews will begin assembling and installing a temporary traffic bridge within the southeast corner of Mt Pleasant Road and Eglinton Avenue East.

Once assembled, the bridge will be hoisted and placed over the southeast area of the intersection. Once in place, traffic on Mt Pleasant Rd will be shifted onto the bridge. The temporary traffic bridge will allow work to be carried out in both corners of the intersection, while traffic travels safely over top.
