What Work is Taking Place?

On Friday March 22, crews will implement a traffic configuration change at Eglinton Avenue West and Keele Street to accommodate hydro utility work at Keelsedale Station.  A work zone will be erected on Eglinton Ave and traffic will be diverted around the work zone – eastbound traffic to the south and westbound traffic to the north.  This configuration will remain in place for approximately four (4) weeks.

Hours of Work?

  • Beginning as early as Friday March 22 at 9:00 a.m. for approximately four (4) weeks

What to Expect

 

  • A new work zone will be erected on Eglinton Ave at Keele St (east of Trethewey Dr.)
  • Vehicular traffic will be diverted around the work zone
  • Expect delays when travelling through the area while the change is implemented
  • Two TTC stops will be relocated on Eglinton Avenue West (pictured above).

 

Pedestrian Impacts

  • All open sidewalks will be maintained during this work.
