What Work is Taking Place?

As early as May 6, 2019, lane reductions at the intersection of Bathurst Street and Eglinton Avenue will be in effect while crews install a temporary traffic bridge over the northeast corner of the intersection.  Both Bathurst Street and Eglinton Avenue will be reduced to one (1) lane only, alternating traffic in each direction using traffic control personnel.  The work will take place over approximately three (3) days between May 6th – 9th, 2019.  To minimize the impact to traffic, overnight work may be required.  Once the bridge is in place, traffic on Bathurst Street will be shifted east onto the bridge.
