Upcoming Utility Works at Leaside Station
What Work is Taking Place?
As early as June 28, 2021, crews at Leaside Station will perform utility restoration works adjacent to the Secondary Entrance site. This work is expected to take place Monday – Friday between 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. for apporximately one (1) month. Periodic wet and dry utility works will continue throughout all station areas for approximately six (6) months. Please review the complete notice, or visit www.crosstown.ca for more information.
Occasional noise from construction activities, including backfilling, road deck removals, hydro-vacuuming, and truck staging, can be expected. Crews will endeavor to minimize disruption as much as possible.
HOURS OF WORK
- As early as June 28, 2021, for approximately one (1) month.
- Work is expected to take place Monday - Friday between 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
- This work may be rescheduled due to inclement weather and/or unforeseen circumstances.
- Currently crews at Leaside Station are operating on a 24-hour basis, Monday – Saturday.
TRAFFIC AND PEDESTRIAN DETAILS
- No changes to the current traffic configuration and pedestrian routes are expected, as a result of this work.
