What Work is Taking Place?

As early as Monday, April 4, 2022, crews at Caledonia Station will be continuing street and traffic light installations on Eglinton Avenue West by the Primary Entrance. To facilitate this work safely, westbound traffic on Eglinton Avenue West will be reduced to one lane by the Primary Entrance. This work is expected to take place on Monday - Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. for approximately two (2) weeks.

 

What to Expect

Expect delays while travelling through the area. Noise from construction activities can be expected. Traffic control personnel and/or a paid duty officer will be present while traffic lights are being activated.

 

HOURS OF WORK

  • As early as Monday, April 4, 2022 for approximately two (2) weeks.
  • Construction activities are expected to take place on Monday – Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
  • Work may be rescheduled or delayed due to inclement weather and/or unforeseen circumstances
  • Work may be longer or shorter than expected

 

TRAFFIC DETAILS

  • Westbound traffic on Eglinton Avenue West will be reduced to one lane by the Primary Entrance.
  • Traffic control personnel and/or a paid duty officer will be present while traffic lights are being activated.

 

PEDESTRIAN DETAILS

  • No changes to the current pedestrian routes are expected as a result of this work
